Classical Guitar
Brian is an active member of the Baltimore Classical Guitar Society, most recently earning his Level 11 Performance Certificate. Mr. Higgins is currently studying guitar with Justin Heath of the School of Musical Traditions. He is launching his debut album, For Velma, on October 28, 2026.
